We talk to you and your team. We map how your business operates today: which spreadsheets are saving you, which old systems aren't working, which steps are happening three times. We leave with a short document you and we both understand.

We start with mockups — you see how it'll look and feel before we write a single line of code. We iterate until design is solid. Then we build, showing you progress every week. You approve milestones; we adjust.
