Privacy policy.
Last updated: October 3, 2026.
This policy explains what personal data RYNO Studio and its media outlet RYNO News collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to see, correct or delete it. It describes what the site does today, not what it could do.
1. Who we are
RYNO Studio is a software studio based in Caracas, Venezuela. We are responsible for the website studiosryno.com and for RYNO News, our news outlet about artificial intelligence and technology, published at studiosryno.com/news and on the @rynonews accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
For any privacy matter, contact agencia@studiosryno.com.
2. What data we collect
Contact and quote form: if you submit it, we receive your name, email, company (optional), project type, the budget range you choose and your message. The site does not store this data in a database: it is sent as an email to our inbox agencia@studiosryno.com.
Direct contact: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send (for example, your name, phone number or email address).
Site analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page visited, the referring page, the country and the type of device, browser and operating system. It uses no cookies and does not identify you individually: visits are grouped with a temporary identifier that is discarded every day.
Technical logs: like any web server, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes your IP address and browser data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
We do not collect sensitive data, we do not buy databases and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. What we use it for
To reply to you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal or quote. To learn which pages are visited and improve the site. To keep the site running and secure.
We do not add you to mailing lists or send you advertising without your explicit permission, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process form data because you send it to us so we can reply: by submitting it you consent to that use. Analytics are anonymous and aggregated, and we use them based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
We respect the rights to honor, private life and data protection recognized in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (articles 28 and 60). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
5. How long we keep it
Messages you send us stay in our email inbox for as long as the conversation lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a legal obligation (for example, invoicing) requires keeping them longer.
Analytics data is aggregated and retained by Vercel under its own policy. Server technical logs are kept for short periods defined by Vercel.
6. Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the site, who process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting, technical logs and analytics), Resend (delivery of the email generated by the form) and Google Workspace (our email inbox). These providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Venezuela.
RYNO News stories (text and images) are stored in Supabase, our database provider. No data about site visitors is stored there.
If you click WhatsApp or our social accounts, you leave the site and that platform's policy applies (Meta, TikTok or Google).
We would only hand data to an authority if a law or a valid court order requires it.
7. Use of Google/YouTube and Meta APIs
RYNO News uses the YouTube Data API only to upload videos to our own YouTube channel. We use Meta APIs (Facebook and Instagram) only to publish to our own Facebook Page and our own Instagram account.
Through these APIs we do not access, store or share end-user data: neither from people who watch our videos or posts, nor from people who comment or follow us. The only thing we store is the authorization (tokens) for our own accounts, kept privately and outside public code, so that we can publish.
RYNO News' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
By watching our content on YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and your data on that platform is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). On Facebook and Instagram, the Meta Privacy Policy applies (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy).
Access granted by a Google account to our application can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. On Facebook, integrations are managed at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use first- or third-party cookies to track you or show you ads, and Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies.
The only thing we store in your browser is a flag in session storage (sessionStorage) so the intro animation is not repeated within the same tab. It contains no personal data and is cleared automatically when you close the tab.
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, stop using it, or give you a copy. You can also withdraw your consent.
To do so, write to agencia@studiosryno.com from the email address you contacted us with (or tell us how to verify it is you). We reply within 30 days at most. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our inbox and confirm in writing once it is done.
10. Security
The site runs only over HTTPS, and access to the email inbox and the RYNO News accounts is limited to the RYNO Studio team. No system is infallible, but if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will let you know.
11. Minors
The site and RYNO News are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change anything important about how we handle data, we update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about how we handle your data, or want to exercise your rights? Write to us.
